I think the colder temperatures have jumbled up my thoughts. Instead, I shall leave you with pictures.

Deconstructed Cannelini Bean Hummus

Everything you love about hummus but in a more basic salad form. Toasted sesame and cumin seeds, shallots, lemon juice/ zest, fresh cilantro, olive oil. Simple.

Chipotle rhubarb salsa. I am attempting to channel spring temperatures vs. the current 45* outside my door. The spicy chipotle and sweet smoked paprika help counter the tart rhubarb/ raisin mixture which results in a delicious combination! I am feeling warmer already!
